This ride is only open to members of the Wirral Cycling Group.  If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and would like to join us on a ride, then please get in touch with us via the <Contact Form> so we can make arrangements.  If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of our monthly rides for newcomers.

      The ride will be led by Una Keane and is mostly flat with only a few small inclines and descents at the River Park and up from Bebington Station, proceeding at a steady, easy pace, the route is approximately 20 miles.   Click here to view the route in Komoot: http://wwww.komoot.com/tour/459354078

      Starting at Bromborough Station at 10:15 and heading towards Brookhurst Park, then Eastham skate park, on to Torr Park, Eastham Country Park, and then Port Sunlight River Park for a photo stop (nice river views) and a banana break: other fruits or snacks are acceptable.  Then through Rock Park with a break at the Refreshment Rooms for coffee or lunch:  http://www.refreshmentrooms.com   Bring a lock if you can as we may have to leave our bikes outside the cafe.

      After lunch we will return via New Ferry Park, then Mayer Park, and Brotherton Park; the last park being Marfords Park and back to our starting point, in all  passing through 10 local and Country  parks to observe the autumn’s changing colours.
