This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at the Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston.

    So this ride is out to a new cafe for the group, we head into Cheshire to the rather boringly named Galley Cafe at Aqueduct Marina (very near Venetian Marina AKA plan B) and this is around a 70m loop out from Hadlow returning back to the Burton Marsh gate.
    As we have BST we probably don’t need lights but snacks are certainly a good idea as the ride distance are increasing.

    Outbound from Hadlow is towards Hooton (via bit of Wirral Way) then across the Welsh Rd to Childer Thornton, Little Sutton, A41, A5117 bikepath, Little Stanney, Stoak, Mickle Trafford, Guilden Sutton, across A51 to Christleton for the pack horse bridges (since the surfaces should be as good as they get) Oscroft, Willington Corner, Cotebrook, Eaton, Wettenhall, Cholmondeston (pronounced as Chumston) then we head towards Church Minshall but turning off to the Marina. 35m and 1000′ of climb.

    Return initially retraces our route back to Wettenhall, then heading across A51 to Bunbury, Beeston, Waverton, back across A51 for the Greenway back to Burton Marshes, 36m and 900′ climb.

    The station masters opens at 09:30 for a drink or should nutrition be needed.
