This ride is only open to members of the Wirral Cycling Group.  If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and would like to join us on a ride, then please get in touch with us via the <Contact Form> so we can make arrangements.  If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of our monthly rides for newcomers.

    The ride will be just over 25 miles long, Grade D, starting at 10 am from outside the Tudor Rose Tea Rooms opposite Port Sunlight railway station.  Trains arrive at Port Sunlight from Hamilton Square at 9:46 and from Hooton at 9:52 on Sunday mornings.  The ride leader and the back-marker will be at the start from 9:45.  We aim to be back at Port Sunlight by aprox 14:30.

    We will go out along the cycle track to the New Chester Road, then through Bromborough and Willaston and Burton before a short break by Burton Marsh.  Then through Neston, along Parkgate Parade then on to lunch at the Village Hall cafe in Thornton Hough.  We will return to Port Sunlight via Brimstage, Storeton, Rock Ferry and Bebington.
