This ride is only open to members of the Wirral Cycling Group.  If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and would like to join us on a ride, then please get in touch with us via the <Contact Form> so we can make arrangements.  If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of our monthly rides for newcomers.

    • This ride is 33 Miles Total Grade C. No off road, all tarmac. A few hills at the start.
    • David Brewer is Ride Leader. Ride starts at 10:00 from Port Sunlight Station.
    • Route is via Higher Bebington; Thornton Hough; Raby; Raby Mere (stop here to see remains of Raby Water Mill And admire the Mere); then back via Hooton; Capenhurst to Shotwick (second stop here to view St. Michaels church and the village); back onto A 540 to Puddington ; then Burton (lunch). Back to Port Sunlight via Little Neston; Willaston and Bromborough.

    • Lunch is now planned for at the Burton Manor Cafe (the Gift Cafe at Puddington is closed Mon – Weds)
    • This a meandering route through Wirral taking in the sites, especially at Raby Mere and Shotwick.
