(D) Port Sunlight Station to Claremont Farm

10:00 Wednesday April 19 2023

Current Participants: 1 space(s) available

Hi, this is Barry and I will be leading this Grade D bike journey from Port Sunlight to Claremont farm in Clatterbridge. The distance will be approx 24 miles. We’ll start the ride by visiting the River Park where you can get fantastic views up and down the River  Mersey. On leaving there we’ll cycle through to Eastham Ferry through Eastham Rivacre, Childer Thornton, missing link and onto Burton. Passing on through Neston, up the Runnel, Thornton Hough and onto Claremont. From here it is quite easy to get home for most without having any gruelling miles to cope with. Rail Stations are close by. The Cafe here is a  good quality cafe, very popular. I will reserve a table as I have done so before.
