If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    This classic coastal route from Red Rooms (Arrowe Park) to Ellesmere Port Boat Museum for lunch about 32 miles.  The outward route leaves Arrowe Park passing Irby Mill, West Kirby, Hoylake Promenade along to New Brighton.  We will have a comfort break by the retail sector of New Brighton, which is half way to lunch.  Continuing along the Mersey Promenade passing Seacombe Ferry, Woodside Ferry, Rock Ferry, Bromborough, Eastham Ferry to Ellesmere Boat Museum for lunch.  (A bit of a theme taking place!!).  The return to Red Rooms is a more direct route about 13 miles via Little Sutton & Thornton Hough.
