(C) Chester Station to Boat Museum Ellesmere Port

10:30 Wednesday June 8 2022

Current Participants: 3 space(s) available

Hi, my name is Barry and I will be leading this grade C ride. Once leaving the station we will amble down to the waters edge then along through the groves, round the Roodee and  along the river Dee for a few miles. Turning onto the Greenway we’ll ride again for another few miles until we get off at Newton Fields. Then crossing the A41, through Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oakes and on to the canal leading us into the Museum. The ride will be about 25 miles and good weather has been requested. The menu in the cafe is good for snacks and small meals. There is also space for people wanting to take their own lunch. The rail station is close by for those who may need it and we can discuss routes home on the day. Happy cycling
