This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting 10am from Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd. The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    Heading to the Hwb via Lt Sutton, Capenhurst, Dunkirk, Saughall, Saltney, Kinnerton for around 24m. Return is Pulford, Doddleston, Dee then either risking the marshes (if bikes are already minging) or we head back via Dunkirk, Capenhurst towards Hooton (but avoid Missing Link). Distance ranges from 19m using the marsh and up to 25m missing marsh and Missing Link, no marsh but using Missing Link is in between at 22m.

    General winter and Friday taster ride blurb:-

    So given it’s winter and the days are short and the weather iffy I’m planning on a ‘winter series’ cum taster ride format of up to 2hr (ish) ride to and from lunch, then even allowing an hour for lunch/mechanicals we should be back at start/marsh gate for 3 allowing nearly an hour to commute before sunset (obviously lights are needed just in case). So with the daylight limiting our options we’ll just rotate our way through local cafes until day length is restored.
