This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Meet at Nets cafe (near Marsh Gate) for 10:00am start – for a 47 mile loop into Cheshire, with 200 m of ascent.

    Route Out: (27 miles) Burton marshes, River Dee path, Saltney Ferry, Burton Green, Rossett, Eccleston, Chester.

    Lunch Will be at the Little Roodee cafe in Chester. Should you have any dietary needs then please contact the cafe and make your own arrangements. Tel: 0300 123 5059

    After Lunch (20 miles) We will be returning to the Marsh Gate via Saltney Ferry, Blacon, Saughall, Ledsham, Capenhurst, Burton village.
