If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    This is A 40 mile return ride    C 11,12 MPH. Outward journey  Eastham Woods,Eastham Village,Little Sutton,Childer Thornton,Capenhurst,Chester Gates.Mollington,Saughall,Blacon,Over the ferry Bridge to Chocks Away. There are some Busy Roads So care must be Taken when crossing    A41,Welsh Rd,A540.Hermitage Rd . The return Journey is Neston ,Thornton Hough,Clatterbridge,Portsunlight.   This return leg could change if Weather is against us.   Please be there for a 9.45 Breifing.     This is a Mainly Flat Ride.
