This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Station Masters Cafe 10am, Merseyrail pass option should be OK for the start time but probably not a drink.

    Café open from 09:30 should early morning nourishment be required.

    This is a medium distance ride out into Cheshire for lunch at the Chumley café, should the weather not be favourable we do have a few options along the way.

    Outbound route is Missing Link, Capenhurst, Saughall, Greenway to Bache ramp, canal briefly, Boughton, Huntington, Saighton, Bruera, across A41, Gatesheath (bail option New Ma’s), passing Tatty marina/ICF then towards Burwardsley (bail option), Bolesworth approach up Harthill, Brown Knowl, Bickerton to Chumley around 32m and 750 foot of climb.

    Return is towards Tilston, Farndon, Darland, Dodleston, Bretton, Dee path (or up to GW if wind is bad) Burton Marshes and up Station Rd back to Willaston. 32m back to Willaston and 600 feet. (3.5m less to the gate and 200′ less, not that anyone lives there to benefit 🙂 )
