This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston 10am.

    The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    A Cheshire lanes ride this week out to Cholmondesley Post office and Café.

    Outbound is out to Cheshire Oaks on A5117 cyclepath then the lanes through Stoak, Mickle Trafford, Waverton, Tattennhall, Boleseorth climb (not Harthill) Buckley to Chumley café. 30m and about 800 foot as plotted.

    Return is Tilston, Farndon, Holt, Pulford, Dodleston, Saltney bridge, Dee path and the Marshes to the gate. 30m and about 400 feet.

    Under the new rules of engagement this is classed as an A ride but of course it’s the same as the last few years B rides…
