This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Meet at Nets cafe (near Marsh Gate) for 10am start – for a 62 mile loop into Cheshire, with 360m of ascent.

    Route Out: Burton marshes, Dee path to Saltney Ferry, Lower Kinnerton, Burton Green, Rossett, Holt, Farndon, Stretton, Tattenhall, Burwardsley

    Lunch at Poffee Cafe in Burwardsley after around 32 miles

    After Lunch We will be returning to the Marsh Gate passing Beeston Castle, the Shady Oak, Waverton, Guilder Sutton, Greenway through Chester, & Burton marshes.
