This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    The café opens at 09:00 should nutrition be needed.

    Heading out via Marshes, Greenway for the Bache ramp to Lightfoot St, Pearl Lane, Littleton, Christleton, Waverton on past Walk Mill for Hoofield, Huxley then Shady Oak turn and over the canal and up to Beeston Castle. 30m and 750 feet as plotted. Fingers crossed for sun in the glorious garden at Poffee but they do have inside seating and a bit of covered outside seating too.

    Return is Tattennhall, Gatesheath, across A41 to Bruera, Saighton, Huntingdon into Chester for Greenway, or River Dee depending on mood/wind direction. Distance to marsh gate is 21/24m and a couple of hundred feet.

    This is an A ride due to distance.
