This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Burton Manor Cafe 10am, or just after at the Marsh gate, but anyone wanting to join at the gate must let me know. The café opens from 09:00 should early morning nourishment be require

    So for Autumn we are still riding a still fairly decent distance to lunch, but the return should allow us to get home well before it gets too cool.

    Outbound route is across the marshes, Chester greenway, Guilden Sutton, A51 crossing, Waverton, Greenlooms to Hargrave (if road open), Huxley, Hoofield, Clotton (A51 #2) to Utkinton and Roses Farm Shop for the tearoom. 26 miles and 400 foot of climb.

    Return route is Willington, Oscroft, Great Barrow, A51 cyclepath to Guilden Sutton (#2) Mickle Trafford, Upton Heath (zoo), Chorlton, Little Stanney, Ellesmere Port, Rossmore, Vauxhall’s, North Rd (not that bit Dave!), Childer Thornton, Hooton. 24m 500 feet.

    This is a B ride at ~50 miles, route is:- https://cycle.travel/map/journey/1128989 but the return around Rossmore is subject to a reccy of a potential new cyclepath, not that it’ll change distance/lumps very much.

    Note this is a Hooton return.
