This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston at 10am.

    The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    Setting off to Little Sutton to avoid the missing link (unless we have a volunteer to check it) then Capenhurst, A5117 path to Saughall, Greenway, Lightfoot St, Canal, Boughton Heath, Huntingdon, Saighton Hill (flatter side), Bruera , Tattenhall, Bolesworth Hill Rd, Brown Knowl, Bickerton to Chumley Farm Shop cafe. 35m and 900′ of climb as plotted.
    Return is Hampton Post, Tilston, Farndon, Holt, Lavister, Dodleston, Bretton, Saltney Ferry bridge and the Dee back to Burton Marsh Gate. 29m and 340′ of climb.

    This is my last long ride of the year as Spain beckons 🙂 and then wintertime happens 🙁
