This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting 10am at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston.
    The ride could start start at 10:15 if Merseyrail pass users are riding, the Birkenhead Central 09:30 train gets to the Hooton at 09:50 and Hadlow is just a twiddle (a mile) away. Please let me know if you want the late start.
    The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    This ride is an easier pace shorter than usual Friday ride for a change, anyone fancy coming along?

    Our destination is Manor Farm cafe (Old Ma’s as was) at Gatesheath near Tattenhall, this cafe serves good food at decent prices.
    Outbound is Burton Marshes, Greenway and turning right, over the A51 and through Waverton, after Crockt Trail turn right to Greenlooms and through Hargrave and then over the double bridges near Tattenhall Marina to turn right at the Ice Cream Farm crossroads and towards Gatesheath.
    25miles and about 500 foot of climb.

    Return heads over the A41 to Bruera then Saighton, Huntingdon, fork right before Dee Banks (and after admiring the view over the Dee) to thread our way through to the canal for a short stretch of canal to the back of Chester station, over the railway lines and left into Lightfoot Street and across Hoole Lane to the Bache ramp of the Greenway and back on the Greenway to the Burton Marsh gate.
    18m and 250 foot of climb (3m and 200 foot more back to Hadlow).
