This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Wednesday ride starting at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston.

    The ride could start start at 10:15 if Merseyrail pass users are riding, the Birkenhead Central 09:30 train gets to the Hooton at 09:50 and is just over a mile away along the Wirral Way.

    A short but brisk 40m loop out to Stonehouse Farm at Manley Common (cash only).

    Outbound is the greenway, A51 path, Great Barrow, Mouldsworth, Stonehouse.24m and 600 feet mostly towards the end.

    Return is Manley, A56/NCN70 Mickle Trafford, Stoak, A5117 cycle path, Capenhurst, Hooton. 18m 250′.

    Staion Masters café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.
