(A) Updated now Hadlow Rd to New Ma's

10:00 Wednesday March 4 2026

Current Participants: 1 space(s) available

Friday ride starting 10am from Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd. The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

So given it’s still winter ish and the weather iffy/cold I’m still doing the ‘winter series’ B taster ride format of about 2hr (ish) ride to and from lunch, then even allowing an hour for lunch/mechanicals we should be back at start/marsh gate for 3 and have some of (any?) the heat of the day left to get home 🙂

Welsh Wednesday has changed following a reccy…

So plan B (was for Friday) is to head for New Ma’s at Gatesheath.

Outbound is Burton Marshes, both sides of the Dee to Saltney, Dodleston, Rossett, Holt, Farndon, Crewe by Farndon, Carden Cliff, Clutton, Chorley, Tattennhall to Manor Farm café. 34m 600′ of climb.

Return is over A41, Saighton, Huntingdon, back of Chester station, Greenway to Burton Marsh gate. 18m 200′ of climb.

Bookings no longer allowed on this date.
