This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston.

    The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    Hastily rearranged ride as we’ve already been to the planned destination today…
    So we’re off to the café at Rose’s Farm Shop at Utkinton, not had a full reccy but all of the route is well known and 70% used this year so barring road closures we should be fine…

    The ride at 49.5 miles qualifies as a B – just 😉

    Outbound is across the marshes to the Dee, around Roodee up Dee lane then past Waitrose to fork left, over canal and right, then right on the railway bridge and through the bike path and back roads for Pearl lane, across the ring road, Littleton , Christleton, Waverton passing Walk Mill (planB) then Duddon to Rose’s. 26.7m and 500′ climb.

    Return is Willington cross, Oscroft, Barrow, Guilden Sutton, Mickle Trafford, Zoo, Charlton, A5117 path, then Capenhurst, Missing Link back to Willaston. 22.8m and 450′ climb.
