This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Wednesday ride starting at Station Masters Cafe Hadlow Road. 10am, café open from 9:30. Or at the Marsh Gate 10:15 ish

    A shorter ride than my usual but it will have some climbing to compensate 🙂

    Out across the marshes to the railway bridge crossing through Connah’s Quay past Kelsterton College then the Coast Road cyclepath to Paper Mill lane, skirting Northop Hall through Northop and up the Green, over to to the A5119 briefly to Sychdyn, skirt Mold and across to Nercwys then stiff climb towards Treuddyn but turn off to Leeswood and the Old Stores Cafe. 25m and 1200 foot of climb.

    Return drops us into Pontblyddyn, brief climb up to the Padeswood golf course turn, up to Buckley, then towards Ewloe Green to meander through to Northop Hall, Wepre Green to descend back into Connah’s Quay and back across the Dee to the Marsh gate. 16m 400′
