If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    This ride is our regular (C) from Red Rooms (Arrowe Park) & will be led by Mark Burrows.

    The average speed for this (C) ride will be 10 – 12 mph.  To achieve this average you must be able to cycle about 14 mph for a prolonged period.

    The route out from Arrowe Park passes Irby Mill, West Kirby, New Brighton, Rock Ferry, Eastham Park to Ellesmere Port – 32.1 miles.  Return to Arrowe Park (if required) will be via Little Sutton, Thornton Hough, Barnston – 13.4 miles.  Total route from Arrowe Park – start to finish is 45.5 miles, plus your commute.

    There will be train station close to the route, should anyone suffer a problem.  Toilets are available at the start in Red Rooms, cash at Leasowe, New Brighton, Seacombe, Eastham Park & Boat Museum.
