If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Starting side of St Mary’s & Helens Parish Church and Blue Bicycle Cafe 10.15am in centre of Neston.  Free Parking in Neston carpark between Hinderton Rd and Brook Street.  A relatively flat ride.

    We will make our way over Hawarden Bridge and towards Flint which we make a stop for Banana break.  Then onto Greenfields.  We will stop at cafe at Greenfields. They wish us to pre order.  Lovely cafe and menu will be sent out to those booked.                   Returning through Flint Town and back
