In this section (which I’ve just done – but didn’t Update before maps!!)

This classical coastal ride starts in a park, & leads from & thro’ a couple more parks (Rock Ferry & Eastham) with sea & river promenades linking.

This ride led by Mark Burrows starts at the Red Rooms, with with a brief briefing about 9:45am, with a planned departure 10am.  Lunch is at the Boat Museum, & there is an available return to Arrowe Park.  As the weather is closing in at this time of year – the pace will be (BC) – our average will be lower – but we expect to be riding for a sustainable extended period for over 15 mph+.

This ride has the option of a return route to Arrowe Park.  There are many published routes around the Wirral up to the shore line on 3 sides.  I will clarify the chosen route & attach a link …  we will be heading for West Kirby, Hoylake Prom, Wallasey Village, New Brighton, Rock Ferry Park, Eastham Park to lunch on the Shropshire/Mersey.

Many have the blessing to opt for their home en-route.  There will be a/the route through Thornton Hough back towards Arrowe Park.
