If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    This is a 40mile ride journey to Nets Cafe via Mollington.From Port sunlight we go to Eastham Woods down to Eastham Village,Childer Thornton,Capenhurst,A5117 cycle path where we cross the main rd,and follow the railway line,chester gates to Demarge lane turn right to well lane to Mollington turn right to Townfield lane for about 1 mile to A540 turn right to Saughall. Follow Hermitage rd to the Greenway Bridge .Snack Break. Down to Blacon ,to ferry Bridge to River Dee .Deeside ind est,Burton Marshes to Nets Cafe.Return journey via Neston,Thornton Hough,Port Sunlight.  Care Must be taken on Main rds Use traffic lights if needed.Please be there for 9.45 Briefing .10.00 Start.
