If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    D ride starting at St Mary’s Church, Neston (next to the Blue Bicycle cafe) at 10:30. Route not yet finalised but should be about 15/18 miles. (I’ll put it on when I’ve done the reccy and I’ve learnt how to do it!). Please note that it is not a circular route but there will be many people to offer advice on how to get home.
    Hopefully we’ll have as lovely a day as we had last year.
