If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    46 miles, Grade C starting at 10:30 from Liverpool Pier Head.  The ride leader, John Hampson, will be at the Pier Head at 10:15.

    Out along the river to Otterspool, then through Garston, Speke and Hale, before a brief stop for a snack at Pickering’s Pasture overlooking the estuary and the Runcorn Jubilee Bridge.  Then up some steps at Ditton Brook and on through West Bank, along the line of the Sankey Canal to cross the Mersey at Warrington for lunch in Walton Hall Gardens.

    After lunch back through Hatton and Daresbury, through Runcorn, Aston , Frodsham, Helsby and Dunham on the Hill to pass the Stanlow Oil Refinery to arrive at Eastham Railway Station, where riders can get the train home or back to the start.
