If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.
If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    C ride of 40 mls with c. 1100 ft elevation including 2 short steep climbs around Delamere Forest. Meet at Hooton Station with briefing at 9.45 am for 10am start.

    We will head out via Capenhurst, Stoak, Mickle Trafford & Mouldsworth into Delamere Forest where we will stop for lunch after c. 21 mls at the Station House Cafe. After lunch we will return to Hooton towards Norley, Manley & Helsby joining a short section on the A56 before turning off at Dunham on the Hill across to Thornton le Moors, along the Stanlow Oil refinery path before joining the Shropshire Union Canal path to Ellesmere Port Boat Museum. We will then head parallel with the M53 onto North Road through Rivacre Park and back to Hooton Station.
