If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Hi All.This is a 30 mile ride from Brombourgh station to Meadow lea Cafe. Heading to Hooton ,Missing Link,Capenhurst,A5117 path to Lodge lane Bridge,Saughall to the Greenway towards Ermine st,Hoole lane to Christelon,Rake Lane to Mickle Trafford and Lunch at Meadow lea. Return journey is to Pickton lane A5117 cycle path,Capenhurst,Hooton train station if needed and Brombourgh station,. This a a mainly flat ride. Care is needed on Hermitage rd and Tarvin road .
