If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    D ride of 30 mls at average speed of 9 mph with 600 ft elevation overall.

    10am start at Thornton Hough Village Hall. Please arrive for briefing at 9.45am.

    Newcomers are welcome to ride.

    We will head out via Hooton Station so please advise me if you prefer to meet there around 10.15am.

    We will continue through the Missing Link, Capenhurst, Dunkirk Way, Deeside Industrial Estate before crossing the River Dee at Hawarden Bridge onto Shotton High St before heading up to Wepre Park cafe for lunch at 17mls.

    Return will be via the Dock Road onto the path alongside the River Dee before crossing again at Hawarden Bridge continuing through the Deeside Industrial Estate onto the Burton Marshes Greenway before returning to Thornton Hough via Neston.
