If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Start from Red Rooms Cafe (Golf Club House) Arrowe Park

    Rob Holmes will be there from 9.45am for a 10am start

    This is a “C” ride with and average speed of between 10 and 12 mph

    Lunch at Nets Cafe, Burton Marsh

    Rest and comfort breaks at Hadlow Rd station.

    Distance to lunch: 23 miles

    There is a covered outside area at Nets and also many picnic tables around and about the site. You are not allowed to consume food on the premises that has not been purchased at Nets, however there is a picnic area for those who wish to bring their own food near by.

    Return to Red Rooms is via Neston – Boathouse Lane and Heswall a further 10 miles

    Public transport:- On the way to Nets we will pass Hooton and Capenhurst rail station. After lunch we will be going past Neston rail station on the Wrexham to Bidston line with trains at 11 min past the hour. (Verify times with Merseytravel).
