This ride is a repeat of the ride we did in January. This is because of time constraints in reccy-ing another route and also because the feedback from attendees is that they enjoy this route!
We will meet at Hamilton Square train station at 9.45, four our briefing before commencing down to Woodside Ferry. Turning inland at Seacombe, we will head along quiet roads before arriving at Bidston Moss. From here, we will skirt through the edges of Beechwood and IWoodchurch estates. Up Landican Lane, were we will have a break at Arrowe Park. We usually have time for a quick brew, to accompany our bananas! Toilets are available. (10 miles)
From here we will continue through Arrowe Park, Greasby and Saughall before arriving at Marias Cafe in Meols, for lunch.
The way back to the start point is along the promenade. This route is approx 24 miles long and mainly flat. We will be cycling 8-10 miles per hour and this ride is suitable for newcomers.
