If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.
If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

     Hello, this is Barry, this D ride is about 25 miles long including the normal couple of rises you get on the Wirral but nothing too daunting. Then the return is across the main Frodsham road, and on toward Cheshire Oakes via Picton and on to Hooton Station where the ride will end but will return to Sunlight if required.

    The outward leg from Sunlight will be  Eastham Ferry, Ellesmere Port, through Ince and Elton, Bridge Trafford, Little and Great Barrow, Stamford Bridge, Guilden Sutton and Meadow Lee.

    Most of us will be accustomed to the Cafe which serves up good food and drink. there are a couple of rail Stations on route if required.

    So there we are, be good to see you there, any issues or questions then give us a call.
