If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Sue Hughes Ride Leader. 36 Miles including return.

    RIde from Morrisons Bache.  Railway station next door.  Regular trains on merseyrail.  Start time 10.15 to give riders time for trains.  Can have coffee and toilets are available at Morrisons

    Ride is to Poffee Cafe which is excellent food and value.  Lovely views across Cheshire.  There are two hills of note, riding up from Shady towards Beeston Castle and again up to Burwardsley.

    We will leave Bache and make towards Mickle Trafford and Waverton, Burton and Hoofield, we probably will stop to see the black swans.  Then on towards Beeston and take the country lanes up to Burwardsley.  We will have a banana break by the 50p shop.

    Leaving Poffee will return through Tattenhall and Hargrave back to Waverton Mickle Trafford and onto Greenway and off at Newton
