This is a fast ride only suitable for people who can maintain a fast pace (15 to 20 mph) for a prolonged period of time.   
And please note that the pace will be above the legal maximum for electric assistance for the majority of the ride.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    Friday ride starting at Station Master’s Cafe, Hadlow Rd Willaston 10am. The café opens at 09:30 should nutrition be needed.

    A shorter and easier ride than normal as a few folk are saving themselves for this Sunday’s various challenge rides, so this will be a ride of 45 miles to Stonehouse Garden Cafe (cash only) at Manley Common and back to the marsh gate. Also suitable for recovering riders.

    Outbound Capenhurst, Dunkirk, Saughall, Mollington, Backford, Stoak, Mickle Trafford, A56/NCN70, Manley, Mouldsworth, to Stonehouse. 24.5m and barely 500 feet of climb.

    Return Great Barrow, A51 path, Guilden Sutton, Greenway,Burton Marshes. 21m and 250 foot of climb.
