If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    (C) Red Rooms (Arrowe Park) to Net’s Café (Burton Marshes) via Leasowe Lighthouse & Port Sunlight.

    Route out this is a C ride.  Mark Burrows is your ride leader, who will guide you towards West Kirby, passing Irby Mill & Caldy Village.  On to Hoylake Promenade, Moreton shore, Fender Way to Bidston, Prenton, Bebington via Broadway & Port Sunlight.  We will take the cycle route to Clatterbridge & out towards Raby, Ness & Burton Marshes.

    Distance  The ride out is 27.4 miles to Net’s Café, and will be a Grade C ride.  With a return routes back to Red Rooms about 9 miles.

    Meeting  We will be meeting at Red Rooms at 09:45 for a 10:00 depart.

    Possible obstacles  No major problems with this route, it is familiar to most of us.  We will take extra care when crossing any main roads, at major junctions we will look for pedestrian/cycle crossings, refuge islands and traffic lights.

    Outward route  is available on Komoot RR to Net’s via P S

    After lunch I will be returning back to Arrowe Park, up through Neston, Heswall & Barnston.

    Trains On the outward route there are a number of Merseyrail stations.
