If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

    34 ml C ride from Thornton Hough Village Hall to Meadow Lea Cafe. Average speed 10 to 12 mph with c.650 ft elevation.

    Meet at 9.45am for briefing before 10am start. If anyone wants to join at Hooton Station at c.10.15am please let me know.

    Route out is via Raby, Willaston, Hooton Station, Missing Link to Capenhurst then via Stoak to Mickle Trafford for lunch stop at Meadow Lea cafe after 17mls.

    Return will be straight along the Greenway cycle path via Chester to the Deeside Industrial Estate before picking up the Burton Marshes path onto Neston & Thornton Hough.
