This ride is only open to members of the Wirral Cycling Group.  If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and would like to join us on a ride, then please get in touch with us via the <Contact Form> so we can make arrangements.  If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of our monthly rides for newcomers.

      Grade: C, 22.5 miles to lunch stop, 34 miles total for those wishing to return to West Kirby.  

      Leader: Paul Malloy

      Meet: By entrance to West Kirby Concourse, opposite the old fire station (off Orrysdale Road) at about 10.15 for 10.30 start.

      Route: Almost all on good surface roads. The route is from West Kirby via  Caldy, Frankby, Greasby, Woodchurch Estate, Holmlands Estate, Prenton Hall Road, right to Wirral Grammar, past Raby Mere, Raby, Willaston, Burton, to lunch at Net’s (22.5 miles). Many people will wish to go their own way after lunch, but for anyone wishing to go back to West Kirby, I will lead back via Neston, Heswall and Caldy.
