If you are an experienced rider who has ridden with other cycling groups and you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities. 
If you have not ridden with a cycling group before, and would like to find out what riding with our group is like, then please book onto one of Grade D rides which are suitable for newcomers.

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride

      Hi this is Barry and on this grade C ride, we will be going to Yvonnes Cafe in Deeside. The distance is in the order of 22 miles to the cafe but then it is getting back to home which will add more miles plus the getting to the start. Trains can be available at differing venues for those in need.

      The route will be, from the station through to Eastham Ferry out to Rivacre, across the A41 at Childer Thornton, missing link through to Capenhurst and Dunkirk along the A5117 across the A540, down the lanes and the Greenway over the bridge, turn right and Yvonnes is about one mile along there on the banks of the Dee. Easy.

      This is a proper cafe, most things on the menu, can bring your own if you prefer.

      There are a few hills but nothing too dramatic.
