This is ride is open to all members of the Wirral Cycling Group, but is also suitable for people who have not previously ridden with a cycling group.  If you would like to join us on a ride, then book onto this ride using the form below, but please telephone or email the ride leader when you receive the booking confirmation to let them know about your experience and capabilities.  
Before the ride, check out the page on our website about taking part in one of our rides "Taking Part", and read the Advice from Cycling UK on riding in a group.  If you are new to riding with a group, please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time, so that the ride leader can brief you on how to ride safely with a group of other riders. 

If you have an underlying health condition which could flare up when cycling (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, anaphylactic shock, heart issues, etc.), then it would be appreciated if you could disclose this to the ride leader (in confidence) prior to the start of the ride



Bromborough to Burlydam via boat Museum loop(D) 20miles Suitable for Newcombers

    D Paced ride not too fast not too far and not too hilly aprox 20 miles round trip but you csn add miles by cycling to the start or you can come on the train. The meeting point is the Mearbrook bar and grill carpark next to Bromborogh train station. If coming by car park in Greenfeilds avenue or the railway station car park as charges apply to pub car park.
    Please arrive by 10am for pre ride briefing and we will depart at 10.15am promt.
    We will take a route out towards Hooton and on to the boat Museum for a short toilet and bannana break stop.
    Our lunch stop will be Burlydam garden center which has a rear garden seating area if its dry or indoor seating if it cold or wet.
    They serve a huge array of hot and cold food and drinks.
    Bring a bike lock money snacks mobile and a spare inner tube.
