Safety is the most important factor on all of our group rides, and one of the most effective ways to improve safety is to review any incidents that do occur, understand why or how they occurred, and then take steps to reduce the probability of any similar incidents occurring in the future.

So we ask our ride leaders to report the details of any significant incidents that occur on one of their group rides, together with their views on the causes of the incident, and any suggestions that they may have to improve the safety of group rides in the future.
