25 miles, Grade D: Newcomers’ Ride from Port Sunlight

The ride is just over 25 miles long, Grade D, starting from outside the Tudor Rose Tea Rooms opposite Port Sunlight railway station.  We aim to be back at Port Sunlight after five hours (including stops for breaks and lunch).

Click on the following links if you would like to see the route on Komoot: Port Sunlight to Burton, Brimstage and Bebington  or on Garmin Connect: Port Sunlight to Burton, Brimstage and Bebington (they are both free to use).

The route goes out along the cycle track to the New Chester Road, then through Bromborough and Willaston and Burton before a short break by Burton Marsh.  Then through Neston, along Parkgate Parade and on to lunch at the Village Hall cafe in Thornton Hough (or at the Tea Rooms in Brimstage : Thornton Hough Village Hall is shut at weekends).  We will return to Port Sunlight via Brimstage, Storeton, Rock Ferry and Bebington.
