32 miles, Grade C: Arrowe Park to Meols, Port Sunlight and Heswall

The ride is 32 miles long, Grade C, and starts from outside the Red Rooms Cafe in Arrowe Park.

The route goes from Arrowe Park North alongside the Arrowe Brook through Saughall Massie and up to the coast at the end of Meols Parade via Carr Lane.  Then past Leasowe lighthouse alongside the Birket and across Bidston Golf Course to Bidston Village and up Eleanor Road to Noctorum.  Then downhill through Oxton Village and past Tranmere Rovers, before a quick break at Victoria Park in Prenton after 14 miles.  Then onto Port Sunlight, Thornton Hough and Gayton, before stopping for lunch and coffee or tea at YOT on Banks Road in Heswall.  The route then goes back up Delavor, Thurstaston and Oldfield  Roads before crossing to Pensby and then through Thingwall back to Arrowe Park.
