This is a grade D ride that starts in Neston at side entrance to the church.
The ride is very flat with one little incline (that’s why it is rated as a D ride).
Lunch can be at the cafe or packed lunch in the Abbey ruins
The route is all on cycle paths except for about 1/2 mile on the coast road
