Route: Out via Raby, Neston, marsh path, Chester Millennium Greenway to Mickle Trafford, then via Bridge Trafford, Wimbolds Trafford, and Thornton Green to lunch at Thornton-le-Moor. Back via A5117 cycle path, EP boat museum, North Road, Eastham Village, Plymyard Ave and Raby Mere. The return route passes very close to several Merseyrail stations (EP, Eastham Rake, Eastham and Bromborough).
