This is a Grade B ride starts from the Red Rooms cafe in Arrowe Park and goes to Hayrack Farm Cafe in Thornton-le-Moors and returns route back to Red Rooms for a total distance of 39 miles.
This is a challenging ride in that we will be stopping just the once for a quick regroup and refreshment. The climb out of Lower Heswall is a long slope, as is, the ride out of Parkgate and up to Burton Manor. The roads are all quite busy, so please do consider your own safety before crossing and turning.
Route is available on Komoot Red Rooms to Hayrack Cafe.

After Lunch the ride returns to Red Rooms via Ellesmere Port train Station, then via Vauxhalls, Eastham Village, Raby Mere, Thornton Hough and Barnston.
