Grade C. No off road sections and not many hills other than Lea-by-Backford outward, Denhall Lane and Poulton Hall Road on the return. Quiet lanes are chosen but great care is required on all A5117 cycle route roundabout crossings. Also the direct A41, A5117 and A540 road crossings.
