The ride is 21.8 miles out to Chester Lakes Cafe, Church Rd, Chester CH4 9LQ with a return route back to Hooton of 19.5 miles. 41.3 milesin total.
Meeting We will be meeting at Hooton Station. at 09.45 for a 10:00 depart.
There is nothing too worrying in terms of hills, the Back of Chester Zoo being the steepest climb of the day on the outward ride. On the return route, only the climb off the marshes through Neston and up Boathouse lane the rest is a fairly flat course, where possible when crossing major roads we will use traffic lights or pedestrian crossing points.
The outward route is available on Komoot Hooton to Chester Lakes and is the return route Chester Lakes to Hooton and on to Arrowe Park
