This is a C Grade Ride, 10 to 12 mph for a total of 44.5 miles. No major hills, some inclines. A pleasant ride through Cheshire Countyside, starting at Hooton Station.

Leaving Hooton towards Capenhurst and Woodbank to Saughall and Greenway, leaving at Hoole, through Pipers Ash and Littleton and Christleton towards Waverton and down towards Tattenhall. Returning through Waverton and Guilded Sutton, Mickle Trafford and Picton Lane towards Cheshire Oaks and through to Dunkirk and Capenhurst to Hooton station.
Lunch stop is at the Boathouse Cafe in Tattenhall Marina.
