Distance The ride is 17.4 miles out to Chocks Away (BAE Systems, Hawarden Airfield) and will be a Grade D ride with a return route back to Bromborough of 17.4 miles. 35 miles in total.
Meeting The ride starts at the Merebrook Pub next to Bromborough Railway Station
Possible obstacles As well as the dangers posed by other road users, to which we need to constantly remain alert. The ride is relatively easy particularly going out as the ride drops down towards the River Dee. The only Obstacles on the day would be crossing the various junctions, getting through the gates at the Marshes and over the Ferry Bridge.
